Riko is an AI fashion stylist and wardrobe assistant that allows users to upload clothing photos, organize a digital wardrobe, and receive outfit suggestions through chat interaction. The app works by analyzing clothing images and user messages in order to provide outfit combinations and styling suggestions.
This document explains what information may be processed when using Riko, how uploaded images are handled, and how user content is used within the app.
Riko allows users to upload photos of clothing items to build a digital wardrobe and receive outfit recommendations. Uploaded images are analyzed to identify clothing items, categories, colors, and styling attributes so the app can organize wardrobe items and generate outfit suggestions.
Images are processed only for wardrobe organization and styling recommendation features within the app.
Users can view, manage, and delete uploaded clothing images at any time.
Riko is designed to analyze clothing items and fashion attributes, not to identify individuals.
Riko does not:
· Perform facial recognition
· Identify or verify user identity
· Create biometric identifiers
· Store facial templates
· Track faces across images
· Build a facial recognition database
If a user uploads an image that contains a person or a face, the system does not analyze the face for identification or biometric purposes. The system focuses only on clothing items.
Riko does not collect face data, therefore no face data is stored, retained, or shared at any time.
In order to provide wardrobe and styling features, the app may process the following types of information:
Photos of clothing items uploaded by users for wardrobe organization and outfit recommendations.
Text messages sent by users when chatting with the AI stylist for outfit advice or fashion suggestions.
Basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic information for app performance and stability.
This information is used only for operating and improving the app’s functionality.
Information processed by Riko is used only to operate the fashion assistant features of the app. This includes:
· Analyzing clothing images
· Organizing wardrobe items
· Generating outfit recommendations
· Responding to chat messages
· Improving styling suggestions
· Maintaining app functionality
User images and chat content are not used for advertising, marketing profiling, or data selling.
Riko uses internally operated systems to analyze clothing images and generate outfit recommendations.
Riko does not send user images, wardrobe content, or chat messages to third-party AI services for processing.
All image analysis, wardrobe organization, and outfit recommendation processing are performed within systems controlled by the Riko Team. User images and chat messages are not transmitted to external AI APIs or third-party machine learning services.
Riko does not share user images or user content with:
· Advertising networks
· Data brokers
· Marketing companies
· External AI providers
· Analytics companies for profiling purposes
User content remains within the Riko service environment and is used only for providing the wardrobe and styling assistant features.
No third party is allowed to access or use user wardrobe images or chat content.
Riko does not sell user data.
Riko does not share user images or chat content with advertisers.
Riko does not provide user data to data brokers or marketing companies.
Riko does not use user content for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling.
User content is used only for providing the wardrobe and styling assistant features.
When images are uploaded, they are stored in the user’s digital wardrobe so users can manage their clothing items and receive outfit suggestions.
During image analysis and recommendation generation, temporary processing data may be created. This temporary data is automatically deleted after processing is completed.
Users have full control over their wardrobe images and may:
· View uploaded clothing images
· Delete wardrobe items
· Upload new items
· Use items for outfit recommendations
· Stop using the service at any time
If users delete an image from their wardrobe, it will no longer be used for outfit recommendations.
By using the Riko application, uploading clothing images, sending chat messages, or using outfit recommendation features, users acknowledge and agree that their content will be processed in order to provide the core functionality of the app.
User content processing is necessary for the app to function. This includes analyzing clothing images, organizing wardrobe items, generating outfit recommendations, and responding to styling-related chat messages.
User permission for this processing is obtained through user actions within the app. When users upload images, send messages, or request outfit recommendations, they are initiating the processing required to provide the requested features.
This processing may include:
· Analyzing uploaded clothing images
· Identifying clothing categories and attributes
· Organizing wardrobe items
· Generating outfit recommendations
· Processing chat messages for styling advice
· Temporary processing during image analysis and recommendation generation
Temporary processing data is automatically deleted after processing is completed. Uploaded wardrobe images remain available in the user’s wardrobe until the user deletes them.
Users may stop using the service at any time and may delete uploaded images and wardrobe content at any time.
Riko is not intended for children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.
If it is discovered that a child under 17 has provided information through the app, such information may be deleted.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided information may contact us to request removal.
